DMedSc Maciej Wojtanowski

He is a graduate of the Medical University in Wrocław, with 42 years of clinical experience. General surgery specialist and vascular surgery specialist, Doppler ultrasound (flow of arteries and veins of the lower extremities). Currently, he works in the Department of Surgery at the 4th Military Clinical Hospital in Wroclaw. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases of the venous system. He performs complex operations on aneurysms and varicose veins, thyroid gland, hernias, pancreatic and intestinal diseases. Perfect at what he does.

Obtained specializations: 2nd degree general surgery in 1986, vascular surgery in 2001. In 1986 he was awarded the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences based on the work "Results of surgical treatment of renovascular hypertension". For 17 years he has conducted training courses for doctors and students in general and vascular surgery.

He participated in foreign internships among others in Great Britain, Germany, France and Sweden. Member of the Polish Surgical Society, Polish Society of Vascular Surgery, The Royal College of Surgeons of England.

He has numerous certificates from trainings and workshops in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.
